Recent examples have included:

• Proposals for tailored internal analyst monitoring systems for major investment banks
• Company research coverage in the Asia Pacific region for a global investment bank. Development of a coverage factor that takes account of coverage of large, mid and small cap stocks
• Development of the earnings and sentiment tracker for a global investment bank. Investigating the predictive power of high AQ analysts.

 

Buyside experience

We have recently completed an assessment of the broker scoring process at a European/Far Eastern fund manager, together with recommendations for improving the process.

We have also developed proprietary reports showing the benchmarking of internal analysts. Comparing how buy side research compares to published reports from the sell side.
